6. Return & Refund Policy

 

6.1 All products are non-refundable. This includes meat, eggs, and live animals.

6.2 If a product arrives with a defect or damage, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery or collection, with supporting photographic evidence.

6.3 Upon receiving a complaint, Mount Zion Farm will conduct a full investigation. If it is determined that the fault lies with us, a full refund or suitable replacement will be provided.

6.4 Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from:

* Courier delays or mishandling
* Incorrect handling or storage by the customer
* Customer-arranged transport failures
